Sure, she admitted to Oprah what we all knew from Bobby Brown, but no-one can deny the fact that Whitney can still kill it. This music video takes me away from the club life and back into that diva love shit. Like summers in the valley where all you do on the weekends is BBQ, swim, love, and cruise downtown with "the titties out" (Nas). If I was at Badlands, I'd mix this video between Aliyah's "Rock the Boat" and Mariah Carey's "Honey". Can somebody say MTV party to go?

Chubby Fingers on Purple Crush

So I've been jockin' Chubby Fingers (Booker T and DJ BlaQuest) for well over a year. They held down residency at The Cellar playin' heavy fidget / electro / bmore and hosted Kelevra a few months back. GoldSweat recently hooked up with them during a radio DJ Competition and now their tracks have made themselves staples in my high energy mix sets.

While doing a little last minute "blog haus shopping" for tonights gig with Sticky K (Dubsided / GoldSweat), Udachi (Party Like Us / Trouble & Bass), Breakdown (LA) and the Colonel MC, I caught them on the Purple Crush blog and completely lost my shit. I'm so happy they're starting to get more and more recognition because these guys wear their heart on their sleeve and leave everything on the dance floor. If only we could have competed in the finals of that DJ Competition together... SF would have burned to the ground.

Purple Crush posted them as their "fidget" pick on the moment, so peep the mixtape and get'atem! You can find them once a month back at The Cellar doin' that top40 thing and behind the scenes with that crazy rave the kids like!
